I left Jacksonville bound for Houston and Buenos Aires by plane, and eventually to Parana, by bus. ... fall apart. I found that pretty interesting. We saw people making butter out of lye and lard and other people were shaking up homemade butter in jars as they walked around. There was a band playing bluegrass music and kids trying to play with the old metal ring and stick games. The best part of the whole event was the free food tastings. ... Last weekend there Cajun cooked up some fried gator tail, gator ribs and gator jambalaya. MMMM MMMM GOOD!!! Once again everybody made dishes and we turned it into a party.

On April 7 I noticed a Carolina Wren had built a nest in one of my plants. On that day there was only one egg in the nest.
April 8, I checked again and there were 2 eggs.
