          The drive involved listening to satellite radio, Starbucks', and doing the compatibility questionnaire.

          The compatibility questionnaire was made famous on Big Bang Theory, when Sheldon and Penny decide to test the questionnaire with each other.

He asked me where we were from and when I said Calgary, he ...

          ... head to Portland and then the next day - we get to our "real" destination, Aunt Sarah's farm! We are two weeks into the trip now and have figured out some ways to make things go smoothly and to fend off boredom in the car. We switch out activities and have tons of things to do at the ready and try to stop often. The girls have done exceptionally well and get along more often than they argue- which is good. I am more surprised that they have adjusted so ...

          I jotted down some thoughts on traveling solo:

          * you only have yourself to please
          * it can be boring at times
          * restaurants with people outside inviting people in ignore someone on their own ;-)
          * there is no one to watch your baggage for you
          * you talk to people & make friends you wouldn't otherwise make
          * ...
