    ... been good and the showers free and amazing (clean, spacious, and great pressure). As I mentioned at the beginning, though, Denis is feeling like the poor relation and even a bit more so when we learned there is no laundry here. Oh, well, may stay another night or move a little further south. We shall see tomorrow. Starting to cool off a little now (11:41 pm)-- thank goodness.     Left Edmonton today, rolling hills, lots of horses & cattle, some Canadian Geese, and a few deer . Beautiful valley coming into Whitecourt AB. Pretty good headwind today, that's not good for fuel mileage!! Past Whitecourt, thick forest, lots of caution signs about deer & moose but no sightings. Medians and right of ways/shoulders are huge in Canada, lots of Queen Ann's lace on the right of ways. As of today 2,200 miles from home and haven't even started our 50 day Alaskan ...
