Goose (ie Goldie) included sojurns to Nakusp - home of hot springs and mushrooms in abundance, Vancouver Island - home of fine friends, all things organic and cold yet inviting surf and Revelstoke - home of the BIG SNOW, sports recreation paradise and of course our grand child Eliana Rose and her fun loving parents Aaron & Brodie.

    ... see them all. My brother was there also with two of his kids...another bonus! After some short but sweet visiting time we drove onward here to Abbotsford. The older girls went swimming again, this time with dad while M4 and I hung out in the room watching Treehouse.

    ... find out what was happening where, set our chairs out by the closed road and waited until the parade started. At midday the flag bearers came by followed by various floats and banners of service men and women that lost their lives in some of the many wars. So after sitting watching and waving our flag for an hour, we went back to the van for lunch when the parade had finished.
