    ... so it pops the boat out of the water. This protects the boat from having to paint the bottom all the time and also in a storm it's not bashing around, a very cool idea!

It was after 4 pm by this time so we took the main road in the direction of Fredericksburg (17), and experienced a pretty good amount of rain along the way. The road passes along the Army’s Fort A.
