Dined at Applebees again this evening, for the third time. I'm quite well known now to the staff, who I suspect see me as some kind of novelty! Way back when I was a UNi student my nan introduced me to one half of a lovely couple who are Nick and Els. I was lucky enough to be their tour guide in Melbourne for some bridge rd and chapel street shopping that day and Els during the course mentioned that one day I should come visit their massive almond and walnut ranch.
