    ... bought my ticket then went down for bus but still had 20 minutes to wait and hot so decided to take super slow and long escalator up and had to walk back through to car rental side to go to toilet and get changed into bikini and shorts. Quickly connected to car rental wifi and managed to do second post. People made some really nice comments on my post, brought a tear to my eye! Then down again for bus.     ... and an offer to give Jake a tour of HQ (hey it was all I had to offer - and no he didn't seem excited about it either) and we were off. Time to say our first good bye of the trip.     Today was our first day at sea.

    Our stateroom was in Concierge class, with a balcony. The room attendant, Joy, was a Filipino woman, who was pleasant and efficient. She had two children back in the Philippines and like so many crew members found she could make much better money on an American ship than she could ever hope to make at home.
