Today we woke up and ate breakfast at my aunts house. we ate biscuits and gravy and it was delicious. Then we all got together as a family and ate lunch then we all had just a great time talking with each other and getting to know each other more and more. Then we ate dinner which consisted of ribs, mashed potatoes and salad then we went to bed.

There are many things that a specific policy would help with but this is just the first that sprung to mind from personal experiences. The Psychologists from this particular unit also gave me lots of literature to read that help understand some of the principles they use in their sessions ...

      ... yet.

We get back to the campground and hook up Malcolm's RV with power and water and settle in for the night... the TV and internet weather reports a low tonight of -1C and a Thunderstorm watch, however we seem to be just on the edge of the storm so hopefully we don't get hit too bad.

It seems to be worse to the west (where we are heading) so will reassess our plans tomorrow. We are ahead of schedule so no panic if we have to stay here a bit.
