... all the wind farms along the way. Once there, we quickly settled to the business of hooking up electricity (easy, Folks) and the water....well a small problem as it kept blowing out the plug on the exterior tank and gushing all over. I think we need a pressure reducer but no problem, we shall just use our water pump as we would in "dry camping." I had ...

We departed Brownwood and arrived in Abilene. After we got set up, we met Kay, Alicia, and the kids at Abeulo's for dinner. We got to see and hold Alicia’s new baby – Jase. He looks just like AJ.

She always wants to walk around all those big smelly trucks to find a postage size piece of grass where 400 other animals have pee'd and she expects me to go there? At least it's sunny and dry here, I'm sick of all that rain and thunder back ...

Good evening from Abilene, Texas. Well, it was a longish day and we traveled 383 miles and lost an hour as we were greeted to the Central Time Zone upon entering Texas.

We started the day at the KOA in Carlsbad but after breakfast we headed up to Roswell. NM, about an hour north of where we started. Roswell became famous for a reported UFO crash landing in July 1947 in which the government allegedly secreted away the bodies of aliens ...
