... homemade and they are juicy! For dessert, we once again stopped at DQ, but at least we waited until we got back to Mineola.

Once again we have tried to get the satellite to work. I'm beginning to think we have a lemon. We have a clear view of the Southern sky since there are no trees around us, but it can't seem to find anything. So back to the antenna, which works most of the time, but it depends on the channel. ... he had to fix it, will should not crack any further, and I guess that is important. As it turned out, it was all good since this cost about $75 less than the other guy.

So by now it is after 1, but I really wanted to see some of Nacogdoches. We drove into downtown and parked at the visitors center. We got some information and walked around the plaza for a bit. There are a lot of old buildings, but not original buildings. Many signs which say " of..." ...

... a little cooler here than in Queen City, not much be a little bit.

Not sure what we'll do tomorrow, maybe just stick around here and see what history Nacogdoches can provide. I read somewhere that Nacogdoches is the oldest city in Texas. Also have to decide where we will go when we leave here on Tuesday.

Now that we are here, guess I did not have to rush and do laundry because we have sewage here, so I can do laundry if I need ...

... NOT IMAGINE doing that and thought I would tough it out and wait for the pain to pass. After a mostly sleepless night, I got the courage to let Doctor Bob pierce my nail with a needle. I wouldn't let Doug do it but Doctor Bob convinced me he had lots of experience doing the procedure not just to people but calves as well. So he did it, it didn't hurt and although very sore, I was able to carry on.....Thanks Doctor ...
