No need for conversation from Santa, no profound words are required. Just some jolly, sincere laughter, some encouragement and praise, and the kids -- and parents -- leave happy. ... No kidding. These were absolutely the right guys for the job. I can't say enough about how professional and courteous they were. They treated all our stuff and us with the utmost respect. They were good and they knew it, which showed in their confidence. And they were absolutely happy to be doing their job.

... about sunset, 1.5 million bats zoom out from under the bridge. We had a fairly good vantage point, and it was pretty cool to see so many bats! But it really reeked when we ran up to the bridge to get a better look.

Unfortunately, like I say - we only had time for one full day in Austin - so that was all we really got up to. It seemed like a really cool city though, but if I were to go again, I'd probably elect to stay in a hotel closer to downtown.
