... 30pm in the afternoon there were people all
over the street, in no hurry to get out of our way. Balconies of
drunk men on one side calling across to drunk women on a balcony on
the other side. Hot dog vendors pushing their carts up the street, a
tap dancing pre-teen, a man carrying a large tuba. Everyone walking

11:30 am Well, we have not made it out of Texarkana yet. Developed some sort of an issue with the radiator. Don't think I will be writing tomorrow night since chances are nothing interesting will be happening ...
... is marked by a concrete slab with the states on it. We drove south on 59 to Atlanta. At this point, we headed east on 77 toward Shreveport, LA. After about 13 miles we crossed into LA so we pulled into the parking lot of a liquor store. We saw the sign welcoming us to LA and the stone border marker welcoming us into Texas, but we couldn't find the AR marker, nor could we find the tripoint marker. When we returned "home" Bob looked it up ...
