Afternoon tea at the Burj Al Arab.     ... over again. The elevator is really fast. It takes 100seconds to get to floor 124. But it hardly felt like we were moving. At the top you can feel the building moving a little with the wind. It was a pretty calm day but on a windy day I imagine it would be moving pretty good. Our "tour guide" said that the spire on the top of the tower can move up to a meter in any direction.
