The Indians had their chance to win the game late. They managed to get two on base in the bottom of the ninth, and needed a multi base hit or better to bring the three of them home. After that, we went to a nursing home. We were immediately following a birthday celebration with cake and ice cream and a woman playing an accordion for entertainment during the celebration. We didn’t stand a chance. ;) The audience was very nice, but quite reserved, so there weren’t many reactions to his program, but the best part was that ...

... star of the playground and the kids were sad to see him go. It was a really nice way to finish things.

When we got back to the church, we were invited in for a soda. We all hung out in the kitchen for a little bit and talked about the day. Aaron and Brittany said they had a great day and hope to see us again next year (their house will be fully finished by then and they want us to stay with them when we come through with the circus again). ...
