Forging is quite a bit of fun, and like most things, more difficult than it appears to be, but Anna showed me how easy it is to make a simple forge, and with only that, a hammer, and an anvil, anybody could teach themselves eventually. Even so, I'd much rather learn from professionals than attempt such a task. Still, loads of fun, and I've grown a few more calluses from it besides.

Today, it snowed in Detroit. It was a light snow, but there was enough to actually pick it up. Since I'm from Houston, I never really got to experience snow like this.
