Next morning we woke to the sound of rapid gunfire. A short distance away was the quick draw competition. Traveled to Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. We are staying overnight at Forest Hills RV Resort. The resort is located on a nice golf course. Unfortunately, the golf course is maintained with Toro and Jack equipment.
On our way to Detroit Lakes, we explored some of Minnesota's 10,000 lakes. We seen a lot of water fowl but that was really the extent of wildlife we encountered.

Today we sat in the sun, kayaked, and napped. It was another beautiful day. I did get up very early to pick up a speedo cable in Alexandria. About a 250 mile trip but I need it. I'm not putting the cable on here at the cabin for a few reasons. I'll need to do this at home. Brittany has no fear of the kayak. She is pretty fast as well. Loretta will join us today.
