... the loonies in the laundromats on the road.
Our hotel had its own customer laundry so we were able to luxuriate in our room in between cycles.
We stayed in the city so ventured around the corner for dinner and then a couple of beers at a little dive bar.
The city seemed safe and organised after being in Detroit.

Was an incredible feeling to think that I was in the middle of America, round a campfire drinking margaritas it's just still such a surreal feeling that I am actually here it has still not sank in. And we're off! Our fifth fall RV adventure has begun...hard to believe. We're excited to be traveling in our new (to us) fifth wheel with plans to visit the national parks in North Dakota, Montana, Washington, Oregon and California. ... could I pass on that. I was lucky enough to spend the day in good company and attended the birthday party of a rock star. (In pure Irish fashion, it was held at a local Irish pub.) It was not like I was just there as a person in the crowd, I was an invited guest and it felt like family. What an absolutely amazing group of people.
I can only hope to remain friends with them and go out again in the future.
We arrived in Cleveland yesterday, but decided to take it easy, plus do a bit of research for things to do. I was keen on sight seeing on the trolley as they call a mixture of a bus and a tramcar. Non electrified though. Paul found out the trains ran every 15 mins to down town, so we were almost set.
