... to the West of Australia arrived. To get there we had a 15 minute walk to the cruise terminal and a75 minute cruise along the Swan River which is quite wide most of the way until it reaches the Indian Ocean where it narrows. Most noticeable was the large number of Yacht Clubs and marinas along the banks and some very nice (and expensive) houses.

Flew to Portland, Oregon, and worked as a 'regular’ vet for three weeks in Tanya’s practice while she went to volunteer in the highlands of Peru. Prevented Tanya’s dog from dying after he ingested a peach pit. Flew to Anchorage, Alaska, and took an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime tour and cruise with my mom, aunt Mary and uncle Jon to Denali National Park and along the Alaska coastline. Fantastic.
