    ... was to whip up a batch of fresh squid ink pasta for dinner tonight. The squid ink had been purchased at Eataly a few days ago. The flour and eggs were measured out and the squid ink added. Slowly Max incorporated the ingredients as the flour turned from white to grey to black. Once kneaded the dough was left to prove.     All I can say is WOW! I have been living a sheltered life in Economy Class. I'm afraid I'm going to be so spoiled after this. I have my own little cubicle with a bed, monitor, wifi, remote control, electric outlet, and table. The whole cabin is only about 1/3 full and we're all spaced out evenly, so I'm about 10' from the nearest person.
