... First off we went for a manicure & pedicure just of Michigan Ave which was nice and relaxing before heading to millennium park.
At millennium park we seen the fountains and the bean which was amazing. The fountain was a relief to stand under because it was 96 degrees today.

Flight to Rome on American Airlines departed from Chicago at 5:15pm! Overnight flight to Rome.
Linda, Gene, Jan & Bob were in Economy Plus seats. Jim & Renee were in Rows 41 & 42. Jim sat next to nice college kids from Indiana going to study abroad. Renee sat next to a nice French girl living in LA, moving to Florence to study interior design. Our first meal... I don't think anyone took a picture though!

We saw our first Major League Baseball game in Chicago, well at least three innings of one. It was the White Sox versus Cubs at U.S. Cellular Field. I eventually reached the planetarium and went in. I bought tickets to Space Junk 3D in the Samuel C. Johnson Family Star Theater and Welcome to the Universe and Cosmic Wonder in the Grainger Sky Theater. I started exploring the exhibits until it was time for the first show.
