... Payton bought it in 1995 and converted it into a brewpub, restaurant, and museum. Two Brothers brewing aquired it in 2011. It has a very high ceiling and mezzanine seating. ... power. We played with some of the more than 50 amazing experiments that take two floors and 26,000 square feet to contain. It’s a perfect storm of physics, chemistry and curiosity. We were blown away by the tornado, a 40-foot vortex of swirling air and vapor in the middle of the gallery. Some folks were able to manipulate air flow causing different patterns in the mist. We were all mesmerized by the power and beauty of Mother Nature.
