      ... metre wide gap between two giant rock formations that most tribes or groups tried to avoid, even though it meant detouring about 3 miles around the area. Nowadays you can just take the highway, but an extra 3 miles in the middle of nowhere would have been a big deal back in the day.

      ... has had a blast chasing his ball on the AstroTurf by the playground.

      An easy five minute walk down a path at the edge of the park takes you to the North Platte River where you can fish your heart's content.

      We have one more day here, then off to Cody, out gateway to Yellowstone!

      ... there were different routes available to descend. We chose the one less traveled (not paved). Seven miles down the mountain, through a myriad of scenery and terrain, we finally reached the foothills and then back to Casper.



      Another reason to be thankful to the Creator.
