Holiday Inn Cambridge Dwtn

... My favorite national park was carlsbad cavrens. Water still drips today from rain that fell over 1 million years ago. I had fun and learned alot about all the places we have been. I met alot of nice people. We drove over 2300 miles and Papaw did most of that.

... path of travel for me since 1974 when I first went from Newport News, VA to Minneapolis, MN for schooling. In those days I-70 was very heavy with truck traffic but the worst part was this interstate was an atrocious ride. Talk about clippty-clop clippity clop ride.....well today it still can be a little clippity-clop in places but the road surface is much improved, at least in the section we were on and the truck traffic today ...

... I don't have internet access at the moment, so you'll have to look it up yourself. I have heard of them, but that is about as far as it goes.) Everyone is very friendly, all the park staff and the campers, and everyone loves to chat. As do we! It seems a lot of campgrounds have "pet friendly" areas which would probably be a bit of a zoo in the summer, but at the moment, no problem.

... read, just lazed around-the will be normal for me while we are in Ohio! We have not gotten a second company car yet so I am prisoner her in the house! I miss having a car at my disposal and hope they can find one to spare soon. I had a surprise when I went into the office just off the living room where the 2 huge piggy banks full of quarters are residing. The smaller of the two was smashed and coins all over the floor-probably at least a thousand dollars worth. Not sure ...

... when we got back home and it is now $10,000! We took a load of stuff to the motorhome and while I put it away Charlie winterized the water lines. Dana and Chuck were in the office and came over and we talked for a couple of hours-till it got cool out. We gave then 6 12 packs of Coke that we had gotten in Myrtle Beach, (we kept the cases of beer) and went on home. I had planned to make bean soup today but now it is after 7pm so had some pork, baked taters and a salad. Good ...

... road a bit to do 3 caches, one I could not reach the other day - this time I drove the car right up to it, opened the back door and stood on the seat and still had trouble, but did finally manage it though ended up with pitch on my hands! Another that I had planned to drive under and stand on bumper had a lady sitting in a chair right by it reading a book-it is well after 8 and almost dark but she wasn't giving up! Maybe tomorrow?? The girls and I get a little bored backstage...alot...and sometimes we just act stupid. We decided to try to come up with the best outfit we can create using a yellow belt and whatever else we can find from our own costume peices. What do you think? Who won?

But John Glenn did....no offense but that name doesn't exactly sound prestigious. Muskingum College is located in New Concord, OH, which is Michael's next stop. They are hauling an empty trailer right now. Interestingly enough, they went through West Manchester on the way (we live in North Manchester).

Our store today was right next to a Coldstone Creamery so after work we took the boys over there for a special treat. They loved it so much! They thought it was so cool to watch their icecream be mixed right in front of them. The icecream was delicious too!
