Today we drove from Leesburg Florida to
Greensboro Florida, about an hour and a half from the Alabama
border. We stopped for supplies at Walmart and our twenty minute stop
turned into an hour when our prepaid card got messed up and it

Lindell cooked up some great southern fare, some we’d not tasted before – delicious.

The last couple of evenings were cool enough to spend sitting in the garden around the fire pit chatting and watching the antics of the birds in the yard/garden.

... to make it happen between jobs and while still young enough to accomplish it. It became clear to me at an early point along the way that very few Americans ever have either the chance or the moxie to do something like this at this point in their lives; my sabbatical and trip were a source of fascination to pretty much everyone I encountered when I told them about it. I heard many people both in person and on-line tell me that they envied me for ...
