      ... up. No wonder the lineup was shorter there. Slow and steady and up I go 310 feet to level one, a short rest and then another 310 feet to level 2. I take some photos and then check to see about going to the top. Paul is waiting down below and it could be a couple of hours before I am able to get up to the top so I decide to go down and meet up with him.       ... ok and then when Jo came home we watched Cheaper By The Dozen together. Oh! One exciting thing, I booked my ticket for my London Eye ride tomorrow at 11 am so that will be fun and I shal tell you all about it tomorrow.       The trip to the airport was uneventful and quite straight forward. It did get a little tricky when we approached Heathrow though.
      Heathrow is enormous, as you'd expect to be as it's the world's largest airport. We had to find a petrol station to fill the hire car up, no real problem there. What was confusing was trying to work out where to leave the car. This turned out to be at Terminal 1 with a 15 minute courtesy bus trip around ...
