We swelter in Athens

A travel blog entry by vkoukoutaris

... will not return them to their rightful home. Back to the hotel for a refreshing swim and my favourite coffee, Fredo Capaccino, by the pool. a swim was a welcome relief from the blaring sun and heat. I developed a real love and appreciation of Greece's cold coffees, two years ago and could not wait to have these again. These coffees do not exist in Australia, they should! Tonight, we are picked up by Niko and Katerina and we head off to a marina ...

Athens: It's the bomb!

A travel blog entry by globe_trotters

Anyways, the next time I come to this country, I hope it will be with a pretty lady and in Santorini. Till then, I shall just wait. Goodnight kids!

A travel blog entry by thejoaquins

The process of having sandals made is an interesting one. First you decide on the style of sandal from the samples in the front window or hanging all over the shop walls. The designs are Greek in styling, though Pantelis also does unique custom designs. Once you've picked a style, the sandal makers bring out soles and use ...
