Well, today's the day!! I've just got some last minute luggage checks to do - have been really ruthless since talking to my little sis, Jane, last night and taken loads of stuff out of the case. I got Ben to weigh it and it was just over 20kgs, so with that and a 12kg case of work stuff I'd be well over the limit!
