We were fortunately the only passengers on our airport shuttle so made good time to the airport and with speedy business class check in we were soon in the very long queue in immigration. The airport was incredibly busy, presumably because of school holidays. Our plane left for Santiago reasonably on time and we managed to get bulk head seats with reasonable leg room. ... flight to lady in front of me but she was dilly dallying so he served me and I got flight 20 min earlier. Took bus to domestic terminal, on the way got SMS that flight delayed to depart at 5 (later than original flight was leaving!). ... jumping on a Sunday afternoon as it was the start of the VIVID SYDNEY festival. From 6.00pm lots of buildings and landmarks are lit up with amazing animated images and a musical score. So we took the precaution of booking a table for 5 at the Waterfront Restaurant at The Rocks with a view of the Opera House.
