... So good. The medium boiled eggs are cracked and put into a bowl. You then add soy sauce and/or pepper to it. Very interesting. Not sure if I'd eat that again. We then walked around Mustafa, a 24 hr store that sells everything you can think of. Similar to Honest Ed's. We then went back to The Hive and tried to figure out our next plan. East or west Malaysia or stay in Singapore. We decided on West and booked our flight to Kuala Lumpur. We searched SkyScanner and ...

... guessed it, Chinatown for dinner.

It it was with sadness that we left for the airport on 14th January as KL was a really great city and it would have been nice to explore a few more places, especially as I hear the food is amazing in lots of areas. 4 full days would have been a nice amount of time.

Jon heads back to KL in March for the Grand Prix so he's even more excited about that now.

    Excited for Bangkok!!!

The flight wasn't full, but the flight attendant said that I couldn't move seats until after take off because the seats were assigned with weight distribution taken into account. Which makes a lot of sense actually, although I think the plane was full enough that it wouldn't really have mattered. In any case, she found someone who was willing to switch seats with me (which is ok to do before takeoff) and I went from being in ...

Things became familiar when we arrived into Kuala Lumpur, certain areas and sights we were passing I started to recognise which was a nice feeling. We soon arrived into Pudu coach terminal which is where I boarded all those weeks ago to for the Cameron Highlands. I knew where I needed to go but was unfamiliar of how to get there as there is no Train station nearby so in this case it was going to be easiest to get a taxi to my hotel and home for the next 3 nights.

    The area I ...
