moved on to wulai, visited the atayal museum, went to the free hot springs on the riverside for foot soothing, then walked over to the more formal free ones where people frolicked in the many tubs.
caught the bus back to town and stumbled on a buffet down a small alley north of the peace park. then got a bubble tea and went to the peace park for a free concert by a guy with guitar.
Arrived just after 6am, caught the bus into town, ate, and checked in to the hostel. Then, since I was feelig good despite my long flight, got right into things by going to Yangmingshan and climbing Cesing mt and checking out the volcanic activity. Ate cheap wonton soup plus pot stickers at the underground mall.
