Left Nashville and had a pretty bad breakfast experience at Waffle House. After eddies meltdown, we regrouped and made some headway thru most of Virginia. Our next destination is Arlington, Texas. Tori has a friend there.

We stopped for lunch in Roanoke Virginia and checked out the second biggest man made star and a great overlook of Roanoke valley! Afternoon has been better and less than 160 miles to Baltimore! So far 1610 miles + (we started the odometer in Brenham, TX) and 9 ...

... reading early American religious history for my masters degree I recall that these early English settlers to Massachusetts bay complained about having to eat lobster all the time as it was plentiful and easy to catch. Eating shellfish was not consistent with their religious beliefs, but they had to eat lobster to survive. Poor things.
