    ... technology how the world is changing - I actually was able to get my Rwanda visa online. Summary: visas stressful. I will not bore you with details.     ... of toasted french bread and capers. The lettuces wraps were delicious with just enough heat. Everyone agreed they were a great start.


    Everyone ordered the steak except for Patrick who ordered the short rib. All the food was delicous. Steaks were tender and juicy and the short rib was melt in your mouth.

    About 3 years ago I attended our 4H provincial leaders conference. Mark
    Shand did a presentation on his experience going to Tanzania for a 4H
    conference. My spidey senses went off and that was the start of this
    incredible journey.

    ... almost longer than our eight-hour flight. However, I convinced mom to watch a movie which killed some time. We arrived in Edmonton about 9:30 PM and Cathy was there to greet us.

    We're both exhausted and are looking forward to catching up on our sleep. However, it was a very enjoyable trip and mom is really glad we convinced her to go. It will be very memorable for all of us.
