          ... Cal snoring next to me) but a good nights sleep will sort us out! Callum had arranged some gorgeous flowers and wine for our arrival and the lovely ladies on reception gave us a jar of cookies when they realised we are on honeymoon and waived over $100 worth of parking charges, whoop! I have attached some photos to show a bit of our adventure so far, will take some of resort in daylight tomorrow. We will write again soon!! Sian xx (and a snoring Callum) ...

          ... establishment of Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton in 1942, Oceanside has been home to U.S. armed forces personnel, and the wartime industry of WWII and the 1950s had an ammunition manufacturing facility in the city. After 1970, the main focus of Oceanside was suburban development and a choice for newcomers to move in to then relatively affordable housing. Oceanside continues to be known for the value and appreciation as a vacation home market.

          Woke in Cardiff to glorious blue skies and sunshine, think I had biscuits and gravy for breakfast which is a bit like a scone (without sugar) and a grey meaty thick soup-like thing, not the nicest thing I've eaten on this trip!
