    ... I've seen a few people running and riding bikes, but not as many as in Melbourne. Maybe they all hide away in gyms. I wonder if perhaps they all worry a lot. They don't seem to.     Again a chilly morning, and we started cycling along the banks of the Soane river. Very pretty. Farmland with Charilais cattle. Lunch was a picnic on the banks of the Soane. Lovely setting.
