    I arrived and the Ayi (cleaning lady) let me into work. (I like to get there about an hour before the centre opens so I can get my classes prepared without interruptions.

    It was golf today with G, a student at WSI, at the Aroma course, about 20 minutes south of TEDA.

    The course was developed by a Korean group. Consequently there are a lot of Koreans and also Japanese playing here. There are also clocks when you check in – showing the time in Beijing, in Seoul, in Tokyo & New York.

    ... or whole fish with bones and eyes and i`m really not up for deboning and descaling after 12 hours at work. The chicken was not as we know it, I could not find an chicken breasts or thighs just feet, incinerated wings and head or pigeon. There was a small section for pork fillets (which I bought) and trotters (which I didn`t buy).
