Well got home yesterday at 4:0o pm, 3:00 am Paris time. Out travel day started at 5:30 am Paris time! I swear Dad was in better shape than I was! The first leg of this 15 hour drive was pretty much through a desert of blackness illuminated by crazy lightning. This was a really interesting experience.
