You also aren’t allowed to bring your own food or drink into the theme park so it forces you to buy food. That being said you can buy a refillable bottle for all soft drinks but you can also just as easily ask for tap water at all the restaurants.

... Doug was an interesting guy, who used to work for Variety and as expected had lots of stories about people he had met; Madonna etc. We then headed up to a place in the hills to get a view of the Hollywood sign, and the skyline of LA. Our tour then took us around celebrity homes, and places such as where Michael ...

I was really excited about today. We had booked VIP tickets to Universal Studios! I totally recommend everyone do it, if you're headed that way. Basically the pass gives you: a continental breakfast, jump to the front of the line pass (for rides), an all you can eat buffet and a private back lot tour. We arrived a bit early as our tour started at 11:45am. We were taken to check in, and then headed upstairs for a continental breakfast. There was pastries ...

Thank god for the Flash Pass because the actual queue was over an hour for a 30sec ride!! Dad came off the ride looking like TinTin where his hair had stood up on end. I was ******* myself laughing and he had no idea why!! Followed by, Batman a faster, longer and scarier Nemesis at Alton Towers the turns they ...

... price. Our apartment is about 20k's from the airport, luckily being a Saturday morning the traffic was pretty minimal - by minimal I mean about the same as the freeway at 7 in the morning! LA traffic is terrible. Only mishap with the first leg was that my bottle of perfume smashed in my suitcase so all my clothes were wet but at least they smell pretty. The apartment we are staying in is great, just off Sunset Blvd ...
