I cannot believe that I will be leaving for Japan tomorrow! Everything feels like a huge dream right now. It will be strange to be in a country where the language is not even Latin based. I wish I had learned more Japanese than just basic phrases, but it is still going to be ...

Beautiful day Drive through Forsyth, bypass Barnesville, on to Molena Impromptu stop in Molena for lunch at The Blackbird Cafe -- surprisingly good, and a quaint interior. The place was slammed with the Noon rush, but we got a table in 20 minutes. It was worth the wait. ... The city was beautiful. Lots of old original homes. The 22 public squares are all dedicated to people who helped mold the city. Highway 80 was renamed to Victory Highway after WWI and a palm tree was planted for each fallen soldier from Tybee Island into Savannah.

        Sites we saw/visited:
        St. John the Baptist Cathedral
        Lady and Son's Restaurant - Paula Deen's ...
