... the airports I visited were more like high end malls with some aircraft gates! Visited the New Zealand Air club, which was unreal. People were literally just taking bottles of wine to their tables to drink. And the food - it was nicer than any buffet. Didn't sleep quite as well going back. Didn't take a sleep aid and just hoped the wine would do it. Seats were a little smaller, harder to stretch out, and I was near the bathroom so lots of noise all night. Had dinner, ...
Tomorrow is the big day.
We're making our last minute preparations and unconsciously deciding exactly what we're going to forget (I hope it isn't important). We're both really looking forward to hitting the open road and having nothing to do but absolutely whatever we want to.

The door is open to screen, the windows are open and the A/C is doing it's job of lowering the humidity. It's all good!
We spent much of the afternoon sitting outside and reading. With the first warm temps we've seen in quite some time, it was a pleasure.
Tomorrow we'll move on back to Florida for a few days and then on to Mississippi to visit my nephew, if all works out well.
