... up and mile back that the exhibits are spread over. My final destination for the day was Bloomington where I left the route on Friday. I ate at the Lucca Grill which was founded in 1936 by the Baldini brothers who named it after their home town in Italy. I had fried ravioli followed by the A La Baldini pizza which has sausage, pepperoni, ham, onions, mushroom, green peppers and pepperoncini on a very thin crust - it was fantastic. Sunday we met Mary, Mike and Austin at the IMAX theater to go to the Ol' Time Gospel Hour. They had a singing worship service and guest singer, Gary Paxton. He wrote many popular songs in the 60's and 70's and then became a Christian and has written many gospel songs. Some of his famous hits are, Monster Mash, Alley Oop and He Was There All the Time.

As I have commented, the Grand River was very high. It flows right past the Ford Museum. I asked the guy who took my money for the museum if the river was always that high. He said, "No, in fact, we have a local freelance artist who draws pictures of Mr. Ford all over town. He drew one near water level last year. We can't even see the drawing this Spring." Oh, ...
