    ... me to his son and then guided me through Springfield to the Rail Haven Hotel, Where a room awaited me (booked by Ron). Tiime for a shower and Clean clothes before joining Ron and his lovely Wife for dinner.
    Side note, The Rail Haven is well Know for being a place where Elvis Stayed in 1956. No I didn't get his room :( lol. Nice Hotel and LOTS of interesting history. ...

    And we have discovered a little know fact. Springfield is actually a rainforest climate. It has rained extensively before we arrived and almost everyday since we have arrive. Lucky us!

    Hello again,

    We've landed in Missouri south of St Louis! Paul got to see the arch for the first time! That was very cool! We also saw Budweiser Stadium which of course Paul knows someone who works there and lives next door to the stadium in some condos. I swear he must know somebody in all 50 states!

    Today we woke up around 8am, had some breakfast (free) at are hotel & set off back onto I-55. We stopped for petrol - $2.50 a gallon - so cheap.
