I'm all packed up and ready to go. Care is making some last minute adjustments to her clothing selection and we are ready. Nerves are kicking in but so is the excitement! I feel like I'm staring to get sick but I'm to excited 2 let it bother me. We will let you know when we arrive in Guatemala City. Keep checking this link every few days for updates. Just a few more days and the excitement begins. I am looking forward to spending time with my friends in Rotary, making new friends on the trip, and creating memories from the wonderful experiences that we are about to encounter in Tanzania Africa.
... my favourite foods in the last 2 days and then even drove me to the airport late at night. Of course Georgia had one more little snag for me, as our car got a flat tire just after leaving the house. Luckily my host dad has a lot of friends and we were able to just stop along the way and switch cars before continuing on the the airport. It was hard to say good bye to my Georgian family but I was just so excited to get started on my way home to everyone back in Canada!
