This is a full-on resort. I'm afraid it was way more than we wanted. There were activities going on and a couple of pools as well as the beach, I think I remember volleyball and lots of other fun activities, but we just needed a clean bed and a shower. The breakfast was good - you can also order all-inclusive, but we just went for the breakfast. My only complaint was the loud music and "FUN" DJ who was encouraging everyone to dance, or Limbo or whatever else he was spinning. I wanted some quiet to read and it wasn't happening until late in the evening

We decided to catch breakfast and coffee once we are out of the busy part of Zadar and the next thing we knew we were on the toll road, buzzing toward Rijeka. The toll roads here have elaborate rest stops with facilities you can access without leaving the system. So we see something that looks like it has coffee and we head for it. It has coffee …
100 nights in the van! And we're both still alive ;) We woke to more beautiful weather! A little windy as forecast, but lovely blue skies. It took us a while to get ready for a ride as it was so beautiful sitting in the sun by the water! We eventually got going and rode to Osor; in shorts and tshirt!!!!! We wandered around the old city and stopped at the first open coffee ...
... beach and enjoyed the sun with our toes in the water. Mid afternoon we made our way down south, past Punta Križa, to a little beach inlet. There is a camp site here but it's closed now. We're parked right next to the water. Hopefully it's a bit more sheltered and not as windy as last night! The island is so quiet, we can't believe how quiet it is, nor imagine how busy it must be in summer! Everything is closed. But we quite like having all the roads and beaches to ourselves ...
... to be at the ocean we went for a swim! We had heaps of fun jumping off the cliff and rock hopping. After a sandwich and rest on the rocky beach we hiked to the blue caves at U. Zanja beach. We swam out to the caves and headed in. It was so cool! The water so blue; we were illuminated! We didn't stay in for long, and headed back to land to watch the sun start to set. A 40 minute hike back to Percy and we watched the sunset. A cracker day! So happy to be by the ...
... ride to Cres. Once we landed we drove through Cres town to Orlec, and then down to Mali Bok beach. There was another van there too! We had to park on quite an angle! After cooking up a storm for dinner we walked down to the beach. It was a long way down! We weren't overly excited about what we saw - we're too spoilt in Australia! Although it was very dark; we'll try again tomorrow. We found a great spot for some stargazing before heading to ...
