    Roger and Alison are taking to car to Diksmuide today and coming back by train, so I am doing laundry, having a wander round town again, and getting dinner ready for the weary travellers.     ... let us stay in a small apt where her sister used to live in Bruxelles. (Bruxellex is the French for Brussels) so that we could directly go from Bruxelles to Bruges the next day.

    ... of more walking around. We visited the Manneken Pis (a small statue of a boy peeing) and the Atomium (a giant statue of an atom). Then finished off back in the Grand Place at the Folk festival to get a Belgium sausage on a baguette for lunch, yum!

    With all of us falling asleep on the train ride back, I think that was proof enough of a very busy and exciting weekend trip away.
