... we experienced this trip. As soon as you think you are capable in a new city and finally getting the hang of it, you are very quickly reminded that you are a foreigner. It was a great experience but we very easily got into areas where I had to immediately become more aware of my surroundings. People were constantly begging for money with children in their arms and there were many homeless people residing in the train stations. This was a good reality check. It was just ...

From leaving Luxembourg we arrived in Bastone, Belgium just past midday. ... but it’s impossible to do that for 6 months straight. When I leave here, I feel like the only regret I’ll leave with is that I wasn’t here for longer.

It’s not just the places and the food that will make leaving difficult; I’ve met such a variety of people in my time here that I’ll leave with good, and sometimes absurd, memories. There’s the mother and her precocious son who ride my tram, and the extremely hot Fleming who ...

Woke this morning to glorious sunshine, bought some fresh bread, you just can't beat it can you. We left about 12pm (leaving time seems habit forming ha ha) and travelled to an Aire that Wayne picked out... WELL!!!! awful was not the word. We stayed long enough to reset the Sat Nav and travelled to another Aire near Lier, which we will visit tomorrow.

The Aire is actually on a motorhome showroom site and is only 5 euro per night which also includes electric. ...
