... the fact that its a tourist attraction and even though you may be staying there people look in your windows and open your doors.

Then off to the palace of the Bao Dai, one of his palaces apparently. Set on a hill overlooking Da Lat its a fairly simple palace as palaces go. No great ostentation and very ordinary furniture. It started to rain more or less as we arrived so didn't get long before we squelched back to the mountain top! ... bus. The bus was of course late and it was tiny. They clearly had overbooked as people were rammed in. One guy was squatting over the gear stick!! I was feeling pretty happy getting my own seat - until it rained and the window leaked all over me. I then arrived in mui ne late.
