    ... loves cake boss. The bakery line was too long so we had lunch in Hoboken and headed on our way.

    Now we are in Philadelphia. Not sure about it. We are in a Marriott again. Really nice. A few streets over, not so nice. A bit seedy around here. We got in around dinner time. We ate at a local place and had a great waiter who told a bit about the town and where to go. Tomorrow, we will head over to the historic district and look around. Then off ...

    ... on the menu). Ruth had "Kennett Mushroom" (mushrooms, smoked gouda, and 2 poached eggs on an English Muffin with rosemary polenta on the side. My "Philly Eggs" were similar, except with tomatoes, bacon, and jack cheese (no mushrooms). I also succumbed to a yogurt, mixed fruit, granola parfait (it was rather small, probably for the best, waistline-wise).     ... boy she helped last night. She said he was still at the hospital doing tests, but he was doing fine and would make a full recovery. Good news/

    can't visit philly and not go to pat's! in this case, we just hadn't had the time so made a midnight run. couldn't believe it but for the first time EVERRRRR, we got a parking spot directly across from the order window. (got two, "WIT," haha)

    one o' these days, we really ARE gonna split up and one of us is gonna hit up geno's and the other, pat's ---- and we'll decide for ourselves who really IS king.

    for now, we always go to pat's.
