Our arrival time today is not until 12 noon so there is time for the traditional Celebrity Sunday brunch. The central double height part of the dining room has been cleared of tables and replaced with displays of the most amazing array of food and drink. It is all beautifully laid out and very tasty.
It is the nicest day we have had so far the sky is blue and the sun is shining, a change for Vigo!

... on it? What a great use of space. The information lady was nice and told us where to go. We waited in line but they only check in people for one flight at a time, so we had to wait a while before the flight to Barcelona was checked in. We found a nice salad bar with fresh veggies and enjoyed that with some good bread. We like the Rome airport. We were so happy to find food. And the bathrooms are FREE, and decent! I don't know why it bugs me so much ...
Yellow paint and oysters
... on either side has tables and chairs in the street and menus which boast the most revolting looking seafood. Or not, if you like the stuff.
We walked through yesterday and saw oysters, piled high, but today being Sunday we saw no oysters at all, but rather 4 million fake handbags, laid out in ranks by some hopeful African gents. But we were the only people there, and bought nothing at all.

Smoke and mirrors
... themselves from the many layers of clothing they had on. They still set the beeper off, and had to be taken one by one into the very smart and new fangled body scanner, before being let through and allowed to re-dress.
From there, they queued to collect their hand luggage which had gone through the scanner and been "set aside" for further procedures.
Agony.
