This remodeled hotel, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, is a happy surprise in Mason City. They say it's the only hotel designed by Wright in operation today. The place is stunning and incredibly comfortable. Make sure to get a park-view room. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, or looking for a reason to visit.

So on Thursday mid-afternoon we finally made it to Mason City and got settled into the campground. Plan to spend several days here visiting family and poking around. Already we've been to the new craft beer shop in MC called Mason City Brewing. There's another in Clear Lake that is only open weekend evenings, so we'll try to make ...

Did our Good Samaritan task of getting drive train to another adventurer in Worthington Minnesota. Hopefully GAH and Winnebago are getting the part fixed today so they can continue.
