I'm almost embarrassed to tell all of you that it's another beautiful day. This time it's 72, sunny, and no wind. Today we are in the Spanish city of Cartagena. ... s cool at night and dark around 6.30pm, so you can still tell it’s winter (lol).

We are very young, compared to ALLLLLLLL of the people we’ve met. Most are at least 70, so we fit in well!

Having said that, we can tell it’s British school holidays this week, look forward to that been over. Also you have to pick busier places to visit as lots of shops/restaurants have closed for winter.

Alicante airport was scary there was police everywhere checking cars coming in and out with shotguns in hand, it was very nerve racking driving up to them but they let us through - Boarding the plane was nice and quick we were all so tired ready for the long trip home!

What an amazing holiday it was been! Looking forward to planning our next after Christmas to Amsterdam

... food was so yummy! Massive Oreo and nutella milkshakes with thick cream on top with amazing BBQ chicken burgers and seasoned chips! Really wish we had a Tommy mels back in England as i want to try everything of the menu!

The Shopping mall was amazing it was 34 degrees which was the hottest day through the whole holiday but the mall had a spray system all the way through where cold mist is blown out on to you which made the heat bearable - Orihuela is ...
