... the canal before heading back to the van and on through the Lorraine National Park. This is disappointing. Vaguely flat, slightly green. We then make our way to today's highlight, Masif du Donon. It is 1009m above sea level and covered in snow. ... what I learned at my internship today. I demonstrated on her what Eddie (the PT) demonstrated on me. As Tita went to lay on the ground she yelled, "WILL THIS MAKE ME SKINNY!?" And so I proceded to lay on the floor and laugh with her. After the demonstration I decided to try and crack her back/ mobilize her spine. Nothing too productive happend then- but of course a lot more laughing and "rug burn on my cheek" -Tita.

Then to Ikea down the road to see what they have for a mattress. It is a huge store with 2 levels. I could spend a day or two here just going through the store.
